Calimortar is in stock regularly and it is highly recommended for all your heat resistant mortar applications. It’s made specifically for pizza ovens and fireplaces.

Shipping

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS within the Contiguous US. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining the product(s) you purchased. If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process your order and submit the order for shipment. If your item you purchased is made to order, check the lead time in the product description. You will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Order Shipment

Due to the weight of some of the items, we may contact you to determine appropriate freight shipping requirements. If the item is over 120 lbs and you do not have a fork-lift to get it off the truck, you need Lift-Gate service at delivery.

The good news? WE SCHEDULE IT FOR YOU! But, we need to know you need it!

Once your item ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of the date your product was supposed to ship out, feel free to follow up with us at cs@fireflavorpizzovens.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@fireflavorpizzaovens.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Price Match

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within two months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within two months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within two months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
