Description

Californo insulating board is the best insulator for your Pizza oven cooking surface. It is perfect for all Californo refractory cast ovens and all brick ovens. It is a high strength, high-efficiency Alumina Silicate board originally designed for industrial furnaces, Aluminum melting industry and used as well in NASA projects. One 2″ thick layer of Californo Board panel reduces the 818ºF cooking surface of a pizza oven to roughly 160º F at equilibrium, making it roughly twice as efficient as pure Vermiculite board, and even more efficient than castable Vermiculite and Portland cement mixes. Californo Board is easy to install and to work with, lightweight and easy to ship and handle, easy to cut by drywall knife and glue using our mortar, It has high compression strength to support refractory cast pizza ovens and brick ovens.

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS within the Contiguous US. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining the product(s) you purchased. If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process your order and submit the order for shipment. If your item you purchased is made to order, check the lead time in the product description. You will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Order Shipment

Due to the weight of some of the items, we may contact you to determine appropriate freight shipping requirements. If the item is over 120 lbs and you do not have a fork-lift to get it off the truck, you need Lift-Gate service at delivery.

Once your item ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of the date your product was supposed to ship out, feel free to follow up with us at cs@fireflavorpizzovens.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@fireflavorpizzaovens.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
